On-site Solar Proposal for NBCUniversal

Analyzed and designed a 1.31 MW rooftop solar project for the NBCUniversal Boston Media Center in Needham, Massachusetts. Evaluated solar energy production, electricity cost savings, and financial performance under different financing models including direct ownership, operating lease and power purchase agreements (PPA's). Used HelioScope to model system performance and assessed incentives such as the federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and Massachusetts SMART program.

The project was designed to generate approximately 1.76 GWh of clean electricity annually and offset about 65% of the building’s electricity use while avoiding approximately 778 metric tons of CO₂ emissions annually.
