Kinetic Project Launcher

Individually designed and fabricated a fully functional projectile launcher using aluminum and plastic stock. Created detailed CAD models, mechanical drawings, and G-code using Fusion 360, optimizing toolpaths for both manual and CNC machining. Applied principles of design for manufacturability (DFM), selected appropriate feeds and speeds, and followed safe machining practices throughout. Gained hands-on experience with manual milling, drilling, tapping, and CNC operations. Successfully manufactured precise components, assembled the working launcher, and deepened understanding of machining workflows, tolerance stacking, and part fixturing.
